1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AutoVeya AI, operated by independent developer Valeh Mammad.
By accessing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.
2. Description of Service
AutoVeya AI is an artificial intelligence-based automotive assistance application offering features that may include:
- Vehicle issue identification using photographs, videos, audio, and descriptions.
- AI-assisted automotive diagnostic suggestions.
- Repair and maintenance guidance.
- Estimated repair costs.
- Automotive parts identification and marketplace search.
- Vehicle and diagnostic history.
- AI Mechanic assistance.
- Diagnostic report generation.
- Optional subscription-based premium functionality.
Features may vary by subscription status, location, device compatibility, and availability of third-party services.
3. Important Automotive Safety Disclaimer
AutoVeya does not replace inspection, testing, diagnosis, or repair by a qualified automotive professional.
AI-generated results are informational estimates and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular vehicle.
The Application cannot guarantee detection of every defect, accurate identification of every component, or complete assessment of mechanical or electrical safety.
Do not rely solely on AutoVeya when evaluating conditions involving brakes, steering, tires, suspension, airbags, fuel systems, overheating, or other safety-critical components.
If a vehicle may be unsafe to operate, stop using it when safe to do so and consult a qualified automotive professional or appropriate emergency service.
Users remain responsible for making safe decisions about vehicle operation, inspection, repair, and maintenance.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. User Accounts
Certain functions may require an account.
Users agree to provide accurate information, protect their account credentials, and avoid unauthorized access to other accounts.
Users are responsible for activity conducted through their accounts to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5. User-Provided Content
Users may submit vehicle photographs, videos, recordings, descriptions, and other information.
Users represent that they have the necessary rights or permissions to submit such content.
Users grant the Developer a limited, non-exclusive license to process submitted content for the purpose of providing requested Service functionality, operating the Application, and complying with applicable legal obligations.
This license does not transfer ownership of user content to the Developer.
6. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated analysis and recommendations are not guaranteed to be correct.
Vehicle parts, prices, compatibility, repair durations, and recommended procedures should be independently verified.
Users should consult a qualified professional before performing repairs that may affect vehicle safety.
7. Automotive Parts and Third-Party Services
AutoVeya may identify possible replacement parts and direct users to external sellers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- AutoVeya is not the seller of third-party products.
- Purchases are made directly with external merchants.
- Inventory, delivery, pricing, refunds, and warranties are governed by the seller's policies.
- Compatibility recommendations are not guarantees of fitment.
- Users should verify part numbers, VIN compatibility, vehicle configuration, and seller terms before purchasing.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features require an AutoVeya Pro subscription.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store are billed and managed by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable purchase terms.
Subscription prices, renewal conditions, and cancellation procedures are described in the Subscription Terms and in the relevant purchase interface.
9. Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- Access other users' accounts or information without authorization.
- Abuse or circumvent subscription limits.
- Interfere with Service security or availability.
- Upload unlawful content.
- Use automated tools to overload the Service.
- Misrepresent ownership or rights to uploaded content.
- Use AutoVeya to facilitate unlawful conduct.
10. Intellectual Property
The AutoVeya name, application software, interface elements, and other proprietary materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Application for its intended purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
11. Availability and Changes
We may modify, maintain, suspend, or discontinue Service features in accordance with applicable laws and contractual commitments.
External AI services and marketplace integrations may occasionally be unavailable.
12. Warranty Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, fault-free analysis, or fitness for any particular repair decision.
Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not responsible for losses arising solely from users' unreasonable reliance on unverified AI-generated automotive recommendations or from the independent conduct of third-party merchants.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Privacy
Personal information is processed according to the AutoVeya Privacy Policy.
15. Termination and Account Deletion
Users may stop using the Application and request account deletion.
The Developer may suspend access in response to serious violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
Account deletion does not automatically terminate an active Apple subscription.
16. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of mandatory rights granted by the laws of their country of residence.
