Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms explain the purchase, renewal, cancellation, and restoration of subscriptions offered through AutoVeya AI.

1. Available Plans

AutoVeya may offer the following automatically renewing subscription plans:

AutoVeya Pro Monthly

• Standard United States price: $9.99 per month
• Billing period: One month
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled

AutoVeya Pro Annual

• Standard United States price: $79.99 per year
• Billing period: One year
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled

Actual subscription prices are displayed in the App Store purchase interface and may vary by region, currency, applicable taxes, and available offers.

The price presented by Apple at checkout is the applicable purchase price.

2. Premium Features

An active AutoVeya Pro subscription may provide access to features advertised in the Application, including eligible AI diagnostic functionality, AI Mechanic assistance, advanced media analysis, repair guidance, and applicable premium reporting or vehicle-related tools.

Feature availability may vary according to technical limitations, service availability, and fair-use or abuse-prevention rules disclosed to users.

3. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled according to Apple's applicable subscription procedures.

Apple processes subscription payments through the user's Apple Account.

4. Cancellation

Users may cancel an App Store subscription through their Apple Account subscription settings.

On a compatible Apple device, users can generally navigate to:

Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → AutoVeya AI → Cancel Subscription

Cancellation ordinarily prevents further renewal. Access generally continues until the end of the current paid subscription period, subject to Apple's applicable terms.

Deleting the Application or AutoVeya account does not, by itself, cancel an Apple subscription.

5. Restore Purchases

Users may use the Restore Purchases function in AutoVeya to restore eligible active purchases associated with their Apple purchase history, subject to account verification and applicable purchase-transfer policies.

The Application uses RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements.

6. Free Access

AutoVeya may provide limited free diagnostic functionality.

Current intended free access includes up to two eligible AI diagnoses per calendar month, subject to the actual rules disclosed in the Application.

7. Billing, Refunds, and Price Changes

Apple handles App Store billing and eligible refund requests according to applicable Apple policies and consumer law.

Users may request refunds through Apple's official channels.

Apple may notify subscribers of applicable price changes and request consent where required.

8. Subscription Expiration

When a subscription expires or is no longer active, premium access may end.

Users may retain access to eligible free features and stored content in accordance with the Application's current features, Privacy Policy, and applicable law.

9. TestFlight and Sandbox Purchases

Purchases performed in Apple's designated testing environments are test transactions and do not represent ordinary paid subscriptions.

Testing subscription durations and renewals may differ from production behavior.

10. Additional Terms

Subscriptions are also subject to the AutoVeya Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and applicable Apple terms.
